Dr. Tommie Mabry was born and raised in a tough, impoverished neighborhood in Jackson, Mississippi. He was destined to follow the crowd to a life of crime, drugs and violence. Mabry was able to turn his life around and became an author and motivational speaker. He now mentors at-risk kids to keep them on the path to success.
